2025 Spring Art Show

Timpanogos Arts Foundation invites artists to participate in the 2025 Spring Art Show and Sale at the TAF Arts Center, 53 W. Main Street, American Fork, UT. The event will be held on March 21-22, featuring an artist reception on Friday, March 21, from 6 to 7 PM. Artwork can be dropped off on March 20 between 6 and 8 PM and must be picked up on March 22 from 6 to 7 PM. Each artist may submit up to three pieces, with a $5 entry fee per piece. Deadline for submissions is March 15, and all entries must be framed, wired for hanging, and accompanied by digital images for registration.

Artists are encouraged to display and sell both their original artworks and prints. TAF will handle sales during the event, with 80% of proceeds going to the artist and 20% donated to the TAF Visual Arts Program. Prints must be labeled, packaged, and listed on an inventory sheet at the time of drop-off. Please contact Debbie Wood, Visual Arts Program Manager, for artwork exceeding 36 inches in any direction.

This show offers an opportunity for artists to connect with the community, showcase their talents, and support local arts. For registration, email a digital image of each entry, along with the artwork’s title, size, sale price, and your contact information, to americanforkvisualarts@gmail.com by March 15. Join us in celebrating the vibrant renewal of spring through art!

What we Offer the Community

The Timpanogos Visual Arts Program (TVA) endeavors to bring various art forms to the community through classes, workshops, gallery events and exhibitions.

We offer fine art classes to all age groups at our TAF Creative Arts Center – Art Gallery at 53 West Main Street in American Fork. They are taught by professional artists in a variety of mediums such as watercolor, oils, acrylic, colored pencils, graphite pencil, clay, calligraphy, graphic design, illustration and much more.

Artist Showcases

We are also involved in presenting a variety of venues where you can showcase your own art work. TAF and TVA present annual the Fall Gallery & Spring Gallery in American Fork. Artists come from near and far to display and sell their artwork and prints.

We host the Steel Days Art Show in the American Fork Library every year in July as part of American Fork City’s Steel Days celebration. This show is for both adult and youth artists.

And lastly, we host the Christmas in the Rotunda Art Show for youth (1st through 12th grades) and adults each year in December at the AF Library.

History

The Visual Arts Group began in American Fork in the early 1940’s when a group of men and women, who loved to draw and paint, met and decided to work together and share their talents, knowledge and experiences. The group was very diligent in staying together over the years and was always anxious to help the community develop their talents and enjoy the visual arts.
